DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION |
For intravenous injection or intravenous drip infusion.
Adult: Dosage should be calculated on a weight basis of 0.1-0.4mg/kg/day. Sodium aescinate 5-10mg dissolve with 250 ml of 10% glucose solution or 0.9% sodium chloride solution then use intravenous drip infusion and also Sodium aescinate 5-10mg dissolve with 10-20ml of 10% glucose solution or 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Multiple doses can be prescribed to severe disease suffering patients. However the total amount of sodium aescinate injection should not exceed 20mg/day. Drug therapy should be administered for up to 7-10 days.
Children under the age of 3: Dosage should be calculated on a weight basis of 0.05---0.1mg/kg/day. Children between the ages of 3-10: Dosage should be calculated on a weight basis of 0.1-0.2mg/kg/day. |
