The clean air classification of the solid dosage manufacturing suite is 100,000. It is equipped with a central air-conditioning system.

The whole production process, from mixing APIs to packaging, is conducted in sealed stainless steel vessels. This minimizes cross contamination and some human errors.

In August of 2002, we received approval to manufacture gel formulations. We have imported an automatic tube filling and sealing machine from Italy¡¯s Axomatic.
